Be An Over Delivering Marketer

You noticed that I say “must” and not “should”. As an Internet Marketer, regardless if a product owner or simple Affiliate Marketer you are basically invisible to your customers, they cannot see your face unless you put a pic at your site (I do).

And if you aren’t using audio or video marketing your clients can’t hear or see you recommending a tool, course or a membership site etc. and (one of the most important part I love in sales) nobody will see your clients and your own emotions during the sales process.

This is exactly the reason why you must over-deliver.

Every single Marketer has the same chance to get access to your customer, where the only way of winning the battle and to close a deal is by over-deliver in value, over and over. What’s happen when you give much more for free then the client has to pay for your recommendation is that your client will trust you and respect you as an authority in the field. He will recognize that you have his interests in mind, what’s very important to make a purchase decision. You will turn yourself into a virtual friend from your customer what is ultimately your main goal and your best chance to make a difference to your competitor.

Ways to Over-Deliver

Always provide outstanding information and give free advice and tips which deliver value to your prospects. Doesn’t matter what you sell, always provide great customer support. Don’t argue with your clients and even if you are called names, try to stay on top of it and make this an opportunity to say to your client that you are happy that he express his opinion, and that you offer help to fix the problem.

Same if your clients start to insult you over emails. There is no way you can sort out that kind of stuff online – so after you’ve done all you could to help, just ignore it.

Surprise your list with unadvertised bonuses. A “special sale” with 50% OFF for a limited time is as well a good way to say THANKS to your list (clients or freebie seekers) and even make some extra money. Maybe you use a way to fetch the clients birthday date and send them a free gift at his birthday. Use MRR, PLR or your unique products for this.

Man I told it - “YOUR LIST!”. It’s obvious that you have to work over a list to get that amount of interaction with your prospects. Solely relying on traffic to your site will not do the trick.
